The Sands of Marco is located at 129 South Collier Boulevard, placing guests within close proximity to Marco Island’s largest shopping and dining plaza, as well as grocery stores, entertainment, and island attractions.

Additional Fees
Cleaning Fee:Â There is a $210 Cleaning Fee per rental. Extra cleaning and sanitizing is being done between each rental.
​Application Fee: If you have never rented before in the SANDS there is a $100 application fee that I pay directly to the Sands Association. If you have rented in the building before that is waived. Â
Cancellation Policy:Â
 If you cancel before 90 days of arrival, you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 90 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund.Â
