1/31/2026 – 4/18/2026:  $2875 per week  (Peak Season)

4/18/2026 – 5/2/2026:  $1975 per week  (Transition Week)

5/2/2026 – 12/19/2026:  $1475 per week (Off Season)

12/19/2026 – 1/30/27:  $2675 per week (High Season)

1/30/2027 – 4/17/2027:  $2875 per week (Peak Season)

4/17/2027 – 5/1/2027:  $1975 per week  (Transition Week)

5/1/2027 – 12/18/2027:  $1475 per week (Off Season)

12/18/2027 – 1/29/28:  $2675 per week (High Season)

Additional Fees:

Cleaning Fee: There is a $125 Cleaning Fee per rental. Extra cleaning and sanitizing are being done between each rental.

Cancellation Policy: 

Single week rentals:   If you cancel before 60 days of arrival, you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund. 

Multi-week rentals:  If you cancel before 90 days of arrival, you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 90 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund

Availability

  • The minimum stay is 7 Nights
  • The maximum stay is 60 Nights
